Director of the Institute of Management and Quality Sciences. Doctor of Social Sciences in the field of security sciences. A graduate of the Naval Academy, where she completed both her master’s degree and full-time doctoral studies. Since 2013, she has been actively involved in scientific and academic life, combining research, teaching and organisational activities. She is the author and co-author of over 20 scientific publications in the field of public and social security, crisis management, organisational theory and praxeology. Her research interests focus on social security issues, taking into account the role of the individual, modern management concepts and the efficient functioning of local government administration.

In 2017–2019, she co-created and edited the scientific journal Pomorskie Forum Bezpieczeństwa (Pomeranian Security Forum), which serves as a platform for the exchange of academic ideas in the field of security. She actively participates in numerous national and international conferences, presenting papers on topics such as organisational effectiveness, public sector management, institutional security, and security education. In her work, she combines academic expertise with practical organisational experience. She has been a member of the organising committees of numerous conferences, chair of the Doctoral Student Council, and representative of doctoral students in the University Senate. She collaborates with research centres in Poland, engaging in interdisciplinary projects.

Since 2018, she has been involved in social activities, particularly in cooperation with the Polish Red Cross in Kalisz, where she supports educational initiatives, blood donation campaigns and activities for the local community. Her activities also include organising events promoting health, safety and social integration.
