Doctor of Social Sciences in the discipline of pedagogy. She defended with distinction her doctoral thesis entitled. ‘Competences of Prison Service officers in the context of contemporary andragogical reflection’ at the Academy of Justice. She holds a master’s degree in intellectual capital management from the Technical University of Łódź and in pedagogy in adult education from the University of Łódź. She completed postgraduate studies in supporting interpersonal relations – Life Coaching, at the Faculty of Sociology and Economics, University of Łódź, as well as postgraduate studies in Penitentiary Studies for candidates for Prison Service officers.
In 2011, she graduated from the Lodz School of Trainers with a coaching profile.
Between 2013 and 2018, she participated in numerous trainings on e-learning, remote learning methodology.
From 2016 to 2018 she was a lecturer at the University of the Third Age ‘Calisia’ in Kalisz.
In 2016, she completed a basic course in mediation, authorising her to conduct out-of-court mediation ‘Mediation – a universal method of conflict resolution’ conducted by the Association of Civil Mediators.
Between 2015 and 2017, member of the team implementing the project ‘Learning by Doing’ under the ERASMUS+ programme.
Between 2020 and 2024 a member of the team implementing the project ‘Pilot penitentiary complexes’ under the ,,Justice’ programme financed by the Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014-2021
Second lieutenant in the Prison Service, assistant at the Institute of Penitentiary Studies at the Academy of Justice.
