Graduate in law. Subsequently, he started doctoral studies in the Department of Human Rights at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, which he completed with the defence of his doctoral thesis.

Academic lecturer. Participant of many conferences, symposia and scientific seminars.

Research interests: protection of human rights; public international law; religious law, penitentiary law.
