Assistant Professor at the Institute of Management Sciences, Doctor of Social Sciences in the discipline of Management and Quality Sciences. In 2005-2007, she completed her master’s degree at the Poznań University of Economics, Faculty of Management, majoring in Management and Marketing, in the field of Business Finance and Accounting. In 2005, she defended her bachelor’s degree at the State Higher Vocational School in Kalisz in the field of Management and Marketing, specialisation Business Management.
Since 2023, Adjunct Professor at the Institute of Management and Quality Sciences at the Academy of Justice. Since 2018, he has collaborated with several academic centres across Poland. Promoter and reviewer of the following theses: bachelor’s, master’s and postgraduate in marketing and management, as well as security and criminology (in several universities).
Since 2006, he has been an officer of the Municipal Police and is responsible for the implementation of strategies aimed at improving security and public order – including the improvement of living standards in local communities and the shaping of civic awareness of compliance with security rules in the local environment.
Member of the Society of Friends of Science. Active in many scientific fields, e.g. through leadership, participation in scientific conferences, conducting scientific research, membership of research teams, participation in the creation of expert reports commissioned by public authorities.He works with numerous public and private sector organisations and security and public order entities located throughout the country. Based on these experiences and relationships, he effectively fosters and creates new inter-institutional interactions responsible for security in a broad sense.

Research interests:

He specialises in the area of management, which includes issues relating to the use of resources and human capital to improve organisational performance. In addition, a particular area of academic and research interest is the dimension of organisations responsible for security and public order in the context of work structure and organisation.
