She graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw (2010) and from the Center for American Law of the Faculty of Law of the University of Florida and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw (2010). She holds a Doctor of Laws degree from the University of Warsaw (2013) and is an attorney (2015) – a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. Since 2022, she has been employed as an assistant professor at the Institute of Legal Sciences of the Academy of Justice.

Her research interests include private business law and commercial law, with a particular focus on corporate and capital market law, and contract law.
