Education: Master’s degree in administration (Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Szczecin), graduate of postgraduate studies in pedagogy, vocational counseling and penitentiary studies and the School of Mediation of the National Association of Mediators. Prison Service officer, serving as an assistant at the Institute of Legal Sciences at the School of Justice. Administrativeist, mediator, educator, professional counselor, trainer of intercultural competence, graduate of the educational project “Workshop of Law Leaders – Human Rights Program” under the auspices of the Minister of Justice.

Academic interests: mediation; restorative justice; social readaptation of convicts; pedagogical contexts of counteracting social threats; organizational structure and functioning of the prison system in Poland; selected aspects of family law and children’s rights; organizational pathologies – mainly the problem of mobbing and discrimination; multiculturalism and human rights issues.
