Ewa Iwaniuk – doctor of social sciences, graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Białystok and the Study of European Law in Warsaw, assistant professor at the Institute of Legal Sciences at the Academy of Justice, head of the Chair of Criminal Law at the AWS. Permanent court mediator and court social probation officer in the Probation Service Team for the enforcement of judgments in criminal cases. Experienced academic lecturer conducting classes, among others, in law at the Academy of Military Arts in Warsaw, Łomża Academy and WSB Merito University in Warsaw, as well as during professional officer training in the State Protection Service. Chairperson of the Team for the organisation and method of training of probation officers at the Academy of Justice and coordinator of the ‘Alternative Penalties’ training for justice personnel. Author of scientific publications on: security and its legal aspects, military law, criminal law and criminal liability for violation of consumer rights.
