Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2006. He obtained his doctoral degree on the basis of the thesis entitled. ‘Unlawfulness as a premise of liability for damages’ (supervisor Prof. Dr. Adam Brzozowski) at the Civil Law Institute of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2012. He also completed the School of Italian and European Law organised by the Faculty of Law of the University of Catania and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 2005 and his legal training at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Warsaw in 2010. Between 2010 and 2016, he practised as a legal adviser. Since 2016, he has been a judge of the District Court for the City of Warsaw in Warsaw.

Academic interests: Civil law, especially the law of liability for damages, performance of obligations and the consequences of their non-performance, business insurance law, legal comparatism.
