Expert in management and entrepreneurship. Long experience in preparing and conducting training and strategic consultancy. Experience in designing research using qualitative and quantitative methods. Has a working knowledge of management, innovation, corporate social responsibility, marketing, sales, business psychology, co-operation, with particular emphasis on clustering and networking. Experience in writing reports, project reports and scientific publications. Knowledge of the principles of evaluation of applications financed from European Union funds – expert for evaluation of applications in the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development. Business Centre Club expert on clusters and higher education, member of the Social Dialogue Council, member of the BCC Labour Committee, member of the Education Working Group in the Office of the SME Ombudsman. Currently Director of the Institute of Management and Quality Sciences at the Academy of Justice. Academic interests: strategic management, psychology in business, leadership in organisations, organisational behaviour, strategic alliances and clusters in Poland and worldwide, generational change Research interests: leadership in organisations, cooperation, organisational behaviour, organisational culture.
