Doctor of Social Sciences in the field of security sciences, obtained at the War Studies University in Warsaw. He completed postgraduate studies at Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University, Faculty of Law and Administration, Personal Data Protection and Classified Information, and postgraduate studies at the National Defence Academy, Faculty of Strategy and Defence – Foreign Service. He graduated from the University of Szczecin, Faculty of Transport and Communications, with a Master’s degree in Economics. He is a graduate of 3xNATO School – Oberammergau (Germany) – he completed the Resource Orientation Course (P4-38-A-04), NATO Officer Orientation Course and Multinational Crisis Management Course. He served in NATO at the International Military Staff (IMS) at the NATO Liaison Office – Kyiv – Ukraine (NMLO – KYIV – 3 years).
Since 2013, he has served as an advisor to the director and assistant professor at the Office of Studies and Scientific Projects at the Scientific and Research Centre for Fire Protection, State Research Institute in Józefów.
Since 2017, he has been a representative on Technical Committee No. 176 (Polish Committee for Standardisation of Military Technology and Supplies). Author and co-author of 40 scientific articles in Poland and abroad. Representative on the Scientific Committees of national and international scientific conferences, speaker at numerous national and international conferences. Participant in several national research and development projects, including at the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBiR) in the Intelligent Development Operational Programme and the European Commission’s Horizon 2020.
