Many years of experience in preparing legal analyses, drafting administrative acts and coordinating strategic projects in public sector entities. Practical knowledge of administrative proceedings, evidence law, labour law, mediation and management of entities in government and local government administration. Experience in managing substantive departments and implementing procedures in accordance with legal regulations, including those concerning people with special needs. Knowledge of processes related to the organisation of higher education, international cooperation and project management in the field of education. Practitioner and lecturer with experience in teaching law and training courses for the administration. Experience in drafting legal acts, internal university acts, legal opinions, positions, draft agreements, reports and comprehensive official documentation.

Currently Pro-Rector for Cooperation and Development at the Academy of Justice and lecturer at the University – assistant professor at the Institute of Family Sciences.

Research interests: mediation, evidence law, labour law, administrative proceedings, public sector management, legal education and training of judicial personnel.
