Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź. He completed specialisation training in Social Welfare Organisation and holds an EMBA diploma. Since 2022, he has been a teaching fellow at the Academy of Humanities and Economics in Łódź, where he teaches Management Science, Economics and Political Science.

From April to December 2023, he served as Undersecretary of State at the Ministry of Justice. As Deputy Minister, he oversaw security matters, cyber-security, the operation of correctional facilities and the judiciary. From 2021 to 2023, he served as Deputy Governor of Łódź, responsible for, among other things, social affairs and education.

He has several years of experience in local government and social activities. Since 2012, he has been a member of the Programme Council of Radio Łódź. From 2017 to 2020, he served as Director of the Department of Health, Family and Social Policy at the Łódź Voivodeship Office in Łódź. At the same time, he served as chairman of the Provincial Council for Health Needs, vice-chairman of the Provincial Council for Counteracting Human Trafficking and was a member of the Provincial Council for Social Readaptation and Assistance to Convicted Persons. From 2020 to 2023, he was director of the National Forest Development and Deployment Centre.

Management and quality sciences, social sciences, legal sciences.
