Assistant at the Institute of Management and Quality Sciences.

A graduate of the Faculty of Earth Sciences and Spatial Management at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. He also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Economics and Humanities in Warsaw. He holds a PRINCE2 Foundation project management certificate.
In 2018-2020, he worked at the Lublin Provincial Office and as an expert in grant programmes of the National Institute of Freedom and the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.
From 2021 to 2023, he held the following positions at the Ministry of Education and Science: Head of the Political Cabinet, Director of the Department of Scientific Programmes and Investments, and Minister’s Plenipotentiary for Social Initiatives in the field of education and science.
In 2023, he began working at the Nicolaus Copernicus University, first as Director of the External Funds Section, and since April 2024 as Chancellor of the university.
He actively participates in the organisational activities of the scientific community, including: the team for the coordination of activities in the higher education and science system related to COVID-19 (2021-2023) the team for the organisation of the conference ‘Federalisation of the European Union’ in Rome (2024) and the Social Council of the Dental Clinical Centre of the Medical University of Lublin (2020-2024).
He is preparing a doctoral dissertation on science and education management strategies in the context of higher education reforms.

His research interests focus on science and higher education management, with particular emphasis on the effectiveness of management structures, funding systems and institutional reform processes.
