Julia Tocicka PhD

She is a specialist in an administrative science, lawyer (University of Warsaw, European School of Law and Administration), financier and economist (Warsaw School of Economics), PhD in social sciences in the discipline of security science, risk manager in information security (standard ISO/IEC 27001:2013 and PN ISO 31000: 2012). She promotes science through numerous scientific speeches and publications in the field of state security and public finance. She specialises in: crisis management, civil defence, protection of the critical infrastructure of the state, financial security (tax law, commercial companies law) and constitutional law. Reviewer for the SDirect24 Scientific Journal.

She conducts classes in the field of, among others: Civil protection and rescue, Public safety administration, Defence planning, Services, inspections and guards, Internal security, State and law, Administrative policy, Social policy, Staff work in crisis management, Civil defence, Introduction to security studies, Enterprise security, Culture of national security, Security in transport and communications, Environmental security, Civil planning in crisis management and Crisis management.

According to the maxim “Those who serve their homeland, serve themselves”, she promotes positive social attitudes and knowledge in the field of community safety during numerous social initiatives, which was reflected in receiving a commemorative medal for services to the local community on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of local self-government in the Republic of Poland.
