Sławomir Cudak – PhD with habilitation, professor at the Academy of Justice in Warsaw. Head of the Department of Social Rehabilitation Pedagogy at the Academy of Justice. In 2008, he obtained a postdoctoral degree (habilitation) in pedagogy at the Catholic University of Ružomberok. In 2005, he obtained a PhD in pedagogy at the Educational Research Institute in Warsaw.

Research interests include the family and its functioning in the ever-changing, contemporary world. As part of his research, he studies threats to the family, their causes and consequences.
