Piotr Baczar – doctor of social sciences in the field of security sciences (PhD at the Police Academy in Szczytno 2012), assistant professor at the Academy of Justice in Warsaw. Senior Inspector for Training at the District Inspectorate of the Prison Service in Białystok, a former officer of the Independent Counterterrorist Subunit of the Police in Białystok.
Author of several dozen scientific studies: articles, expert opinions, reviews and monographs on security and terrorism. Co-organizer of scientific conferences (Multidimensionality of the security domain 2015, Cultural security – Regional dimension 2016, Paradigm in management sciences 2018).
Active participant in scientific and expert conferences and national symposia.
