Winner of the competition for doctoral students – Digital Poland 2020+ for the best thesis in the category of sociology (Innovative model of organization inspired by the development of human consciousness).
Research interests in organisational cultures, human behaviour in organisations, praxeology in action, the function of mobile technology in education and training of adults and action research in the reflective practice model.
Author of numerous scientific publications and over a hundred popular science publications promoting innovation in management, leadership and work organisation.
